Conor Sullivan, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Conor Sullivan, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker providing therapy to adults navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. He works with individuals who may appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck beneath the surface.

Conor’s approach is grounded, direct, and trauma-informed. He blends practical, skills-based work with deeper emotional processing to help clients build clarity, emotional steadiness, and a more grounded way of moving through their lives. His style is calm and honest, offering a space where clients can slow down, make sense of long-standing patterns, and develop more sustainable ways of relating to themselves and others.

He has experience supporting adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, identity disruption, relationship stress, and substance-related concerns. His work draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, somatic awareness, EMDR-informed work, and ketamine-assisted therapy.

Conor holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Maryland and is licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arizona. He offers both in-person and telehealth sessions and provides a steady, supportive environment for clients seeking meaningful and lasting change.
