Participation in the group will include weekly group participation. The group will be open to new members at any point, with length of participation determined by the participant’s individual needs. Topics will include, but are not limited to:
- Consequences of addiction
- Understanding the relapse cycle
- Relapse risk factors
- Urges and cravings
- Use of leisure time in sobriety
- Self-care
- Stress management
- Managing emotions
- Healthy boundaries
- Building a long-term relapse prevention plan
Teens of Divorce – Lori Epting, LPC – le@fceinfo.com
Teens of Divorce is a 12 week divorce group for adolescents of divorced or separated parents. This includes adolescents from ages 13-18 who are going through all stages in the divorce process, including those with parents who are newly separated to those who have been living with divorce for years. Teens of Divorce provides a safe and enjoyable place for teens to discuss their struggles. Activities include journaling, art, music, watching videos, connecting with other group members, reading and sharing. Parents will receive a “parent page” each week that will review what was discussed in session. Each session includes weekly activities and discussion that centers around a specific theme.

- Healthy expression of anger
- Depression
- Loneliness
- Healthy Coping Skills
- Boundaries
- Blended Family Issues
- Self-Esteem
- Grief
- Healthy Relationships
- Changes
- Managing Emotions
Anger Management – Dr. Scott Baker – sb@fceinfo.com
Participation in this group will include weekly group participation for 12 weeks, and 2 or more supplemental individual counseling sessions. The focus of the group treatment will be on using the group process and supplemental individual counseling sessions to help you:
- Identify the patterns of emotional expression that lead to loss of control
- Alter those patterns by implementing more effective skills
- Practice and refine those skills in a group environment
