Dr. Richards earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern University. She is a licensed Psychologist in Arizona and has several years of experience providing clinical services in various settings. Her previous mental health experiences include providing crisis assessments for a regional suicide prevention center, neuropsychological assessments at a Veterans Administration Medical Center, and both therapy and psychological evaluations for inpatient and outpatient populations around the state of Arizona. Dr. Richards has conducted general, psychoeducational, and disability evaluations, as well as evaluations to determine a need for guardianship or conservatorship. She has provided therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups with an emphasis in parenting children with executive processing difficulties. Dr. Richards is also a Compassionate Bereavement Care ® certified provider and a member of both the Arizona and American Psychological Associations. She currently serves as Vice President of the Fort Rucker School Board in Alabama. Her primary roles at FCE are to conduct Parenting Conferences and psychological evaluations for the Department of Child Safety.
